Title: Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology

Location: Multiple locations around the UK

We are a leading healthcare recruitment agency currently seeking a Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology for multiple positions in various locations throughout the UK.

As a Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology, you will be responsible for providing specialist care and treatment to patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

• To provide specialist care and treatment to patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders

• To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care are achieved

• To participate in the development of clinical guidelines and protocols

• To undertake audit and research activities

• To participate in teaching and training activities for junior doctors and medical students

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration and a licence to practice

• Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent

• Specialist registration in Gastroenterology with the GMC

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• The ability to work as part of a team

• A commitment to ongoing professional development
