We are currently seeking a Locum Consultant in Microbiology
to join our team of healthcare professionals in Scotland. The position is
available immediately and is expected for at least four weeks.

The successful candidate will have a GMC registration, right
to work in the UK, and experience in Microbiology. The working pattern will be
from 9-5 Monday to Friday, with on-call work included. This will involve
advising calls, GP email advice, result validation, laboratory interaction and
direction for Microbiology and Virology work, and liaison with Infection
Control.

There will be one weekend on-call, from Friday 5pm to Monday
9am, within this period. Free on-site accommodation is provided for the
duration of the locum. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and
